
We do not cut corners or let rules slide. No matter what age you appear,
everyone is required to fill out paperwork with a copy of valid identification (not expired)
every time they visit. There are no exceptions to this rule. It is a violation of state law to operate without a completed consent form for every customer.
In order to get tattooed, you will need one of the following forms of identification:
- - State Identification (Driver's License, or Non-Driver's ID Card), any state,

- temporary ID is fine so long as it is not expired
- - Military ID
- - Passport, any country
- - Government-Issued Identification (Driver's License or Non-Driver's ID)

- including International Driver's License, Canadian, and the

- Instituto Federal Electoral photo ID of Mexico
All identification must be clear. Questionable identification may not be accepted.
Minors - In compliance with Alabama State Law, the parent or legal guardian responsible for any minor getting worked on must provide valid identification as well as an original notarized birth certificate or guardianship papers to document the biological or legal relationship to the minor. We strongly suggest the parent providing legal consent discuss with the other parent prior to a tattoo or piercing to eliminate any hard feelings or conflict between the parents after the procedure.
Minors are required to provide photo ID in the form of a driver's license, non-driver's ID, a school ID or yearbook with a clearly name-labeled photo image to prove their identity. We will not tattoo any minor under 17. Please see our
