HOURS & DIRECTIONS
Cloud Nine Southside is open 7 days a week with extended hours, 363 days a year in order to cater to our customers varied work schedules.
Holiday Hours - We are open on most holidays but will have shortened business hours on the following holidays: July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. We are closed only on Easter Sunday and Christmas Day.
*Note: If you are coming in for a tattoo or piercing we recommend that you give us a call before you make a special trip. Just like the rest of us, our artists and piercers may occasionally need to swap shifts, have to call in sick, have car troubles or childcare issues. We don't want you to get here and find out the person you need is not in the studio.

ADDRESS & LANDMARKS
Cloud Nine Southside is located in the heart of historic 5 Points Southside at 1030 20th St. S., Birmingham, AL 35205. We are only a couple blocks from UAB, right next to the Birmingham Apothecary at the intersection of 20th St. S. and 11th Ave. S. This is the main intersection which contains the 5 "points". We are catty corner from "the fountain". Look for our light aqua colored awning that says "Cloud Nine", our logo in the front window and the huge red neon sign in our window that says TATTOO. See photo of our store front at the bottom of this page. We have a retail store in the front and the tattoo studio is located in the adjacent building behind. You must enter through the retail store in order to access the studio. See the Google Map below to get specific directions from your location.
PARKING
Typical of historic areas such as 5 Points Southside much of the parking is street parking with 2 hour parking meters accepting nickels, dimes and quarters. There is a pay parking deck only 1 block from our shop on Magnolia Ave. and there is a pay lot behind the strip of restaurants next to us. There are a few additional pay small parking lots available after some of the area retail stores are closed for the evening. There is handicap parking close to the store/studio and our building is fairly wheelchair friendly.
